Customer Common Questions


    • Do you accept returns?
        -- Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final. 

    • Can I cancel my order?
        -- As long as an order has not started the manufacturing process, an order may be cancelled. Once manufacturing has begun the order may not be cancelled because the items ordered are uniquely created for each customer. Once an order is cancelled it may take 5-10 business days to receive the funds back. This is a limitation of the credit card processors, and how fast the money is returned is unfortunately out of our hands.

    • How long does manufacturing take?
        -- Manufacturing can take anywhere from 4-10 business days depending on how many items are ordered and the item(s) graphic complexity. If for some reason a brand's graphic needs to be altered (for instance with hats) this could possibly take a bit longer. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or less.

      If you have ordered within 30 days of a holiday, shipping can be delayed due to the increase in orders during these times of year. We do our best even during holidays to keep orders as close to 10 business days or less as possible. 

    • Does MerchRoom ship internationally?
        -- Yes. MerchRoom has distribution centers in the United States and Latvia, so we are able to ship items all over the world. Shipping prices shown at checkout do include custom duties as well. 

    • Why is my bank account is showing a different amount than my order?
        -- All sales prices are in USD. If you are seeing a different amount on your bank account that is likely the conversion rate from USD to your country's currency. Please check your country's current conversion rate to verify the order amount. 

    • I checked my tracking and it appears still in the USA. Where is my package?
        -- Majority of the time with international shipping the tracking stops once it gets on the transport out of the US. So you may not see anymore updates until it arrives on or before its anticipated arrival date. We are not very sure why this is, and unfortunately it is controlled by the shipping companies.

    • How does DHL shipping work?
        -- DHL is one of the more affordable shipping choices, however their shipping time is not guaranteed. DHL ships the products to your local post office than it is up to USPS to finish delivering the order to your address. The DHL shipping time is how long until it arrives to your local post office. 

    • Do all items ship together?
        -- Items may not always ship together to ensure speedy delivery. MerchRoom works with multiple manufacturers, and some items may take longer to manufacture so items may be shipped separately. You will receive a notification when each item has shipped. 

    • Do I have to pay for custom duties?
        -- Some international items do require custom duties to be paid upon pickup. This varies from item to item. Please know if you are an international customer, you may encounter additional duties that will need to be paid to receive your item. Unfortunately this is not controlled by MerchRoom, but by the international shipping carriers. 

    • What do the backs of the hats look like?

    • How should I wash my new Merch?
      Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
      Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
      Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
      Do not dry clean.
